Ultimate Staffing has partnered with a leading banking client to identify a highly skilled Senior Lending Assistant. This direct hire position is based in The Woodlands, TX, and requires onsite presence Monday through Friday.
In this role, the Commercial Lending Assistant serves as a subject matter expert, managing complex client relationships. The position also plays an integral role in enhancing team performance by actively contributing to the development and refinement of policies and procedures.
This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and collaborates closely with leadership to drive operational excellence and process improvement across the organization.
